It is situated in the medium level of the three-storey underground complex under the central dome.
The box-office is located near the fountain and main elevators. Customers can find it by the light-box fixed to the balustrade and well seen from any level. The box-office is open daily from 12:00 to 21:00. It has the on-line access to the musical NORD-OST proprietary ticket system, thus allowing the theatergoer to choose from the maximum possible variety of tickets for each performance as well as to purchase tickets which were previously booked at tel. 784-77-87. The design of this theatre box-office is unusual for the Russian spectators: it is not made in the form of a kiosk with a small window which impedes communication considerably, but, on the contrary, it is designed as an open counter which invites the seller and the buyer to a pleasant talk. We hope that the box-office in Okhotny Ryad will create maximum comfortable conditions for the purchase of tickets for the NORD-OST musical not only for Muscovites but also for the guests of the Russian capital.
